Description

The EU Production environments for the following products will be unavailable on Friday, November 22, 2024, from 19:30 until Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 03:30 in US EASTERN (00:30 - 08:30 on Saturday, November 23, 2024, in GMT TIME) -Infinite Talent Suite -Infinite Talent Onboard -Infinite Talent BrassRing During this downtime, users will be unable to access the system, possibly encountering error message(s) or maintenance warnings, dependent on the work being done in our environment. Candidates accessing the BrassRing and Talent Gateways will be directed to a page advising them that the site is currently unavailable due to maintenance. New hires and employees accessing the Talent Suite (including Onboard New Hire Portals) will similarly be unable to navigate to the login page due to the maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our solutions. Please note, any automated integration processes, if applicable, will resume once the maintenance is completed. Infinite also recommends that your end users close all open browsers before end of day prior to the maintenance window, which will help avoid unexpected behavior, such as intermittent error messages, in the application.
